On October 16th CeCe turned 6 months old and I turned 83 years old. That day we had our first session with a Marine Veteran Service Dog Trainer. Gloria, I owe it to CeCe. This is intense training that will take 12 to 18 months. CeCe is so smart and wants to please me and the trainer. Let me explain why I’m doing this and why I owe it to CeCe. It’s most likely that CeCe will outlive Arlene and me. When we’re gone, she will be given to another Veteran and have a lovely rest of her life. CeCe is one of the best things to happen to us at this stage of our lives. And, for this I thank you with all my heart.

Covy Tucker Hill - George Foreman
Throughout the years, Covy Tucker has had the privilege of selling numerous dogs to various celebrities, but none has made us prouder than selling one of our remarkable puppies to George Foreman. An Olympic gold medalist, he founded the George Foreman Youth and Community Center in 1984, a nondenominational space aimed at guiding children just as he once was. You might be surprised to learn of his deep love for German Shepherds; he affectionately referred to them as his training partners and held a special place in his heart for his dogs. At one point, he even had 22! We will forever treasure our encounter with him and the chance to experience his incredible kindness and gentleness. George was not only a top athlete in his era, a celebrated grill master, and a humanitarian but also a devoted admirer of this exceptional breed. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Mr. George Foreman's family; he will certainly be missed by many.
